AUSTRALIA – Zonda, the award-winning national healthcare provider, has announced the appointment of Sean Wilson as Zonda’s Chief Executive Officer, effective 9 September 2024.
Reporting to the Zonda Board Chairman, Cameron Forecourt, Sean is responsible for leading the Zonda group of companies. Including:
- Zonda Global – Staffing and recruitment. Supporting healthcare facilities Australia-wide. Registered nurses for acute care and aged care, etc.
- Zonda Care – NDIS Registered Provider. Supporting individuals living with disabilities.
“Sean’s strong background in executive leadership and business development, including over 10 years in C-Suite roles such as CEO at BetterHR (one of Australia’s leading HR providers) and CEO at North Foundation (the official fundraising partner of the Northern Sydney Local Health District including Royal North Shore Hospital, Ryde Hospital, Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital and the Kolling Institute), makes him the right fit for this role. I’m excited to work with Sean as we further strengthen Zonda for our customers, partners, people and stakeholders.”
Sean’s appointment adds to the existing leadership team with key-people including Robert Pledger – Director of Healthcare, Yvonne Tzakas – Acute Care Team Manager and Mandy Sohrabi – NDIS Operations Manager, who continue in their respective roles.

Prior to joining Zonda, Sean was CEO & Managing Director at BetterHR for over 7 years. Supporting thousands of business owners and managers across Australia. As well as international clients with workers in Australia. And over 300 partners including industry associations, franchise groups and white-label resellers (Telstra, ADP, etc).
In a career spanning almost 30 years he’s held senior management roles across many industries, including over 10 years in C-Suite. He’s served on over 20 boards and committees (business, not-for-profit, & ministerial appointments) including office-bearer roles (Chairperson, Secretary, Public Officer, etc).
He’s founded businesses, sold them for a profit (ITBIZ, Froggy’s, Streetwise, etc), and helped clients as an advisory board member and business coach.
