Agency nursing is by no means guaranteed employment and I always emphasise this. But if you can be flexible and open minded there will be work all over Australia. 
Travel Nurses Are Treated as Outsiders: Travel nurses sometimes fear they may be treated as “temporary” or not fully accepted into a hospital team. This is not true.
Facilities welcome travel nurses as valuable team members, recognising their commitment and dedication to provide care to communities away from their home.
